The Jk 186 treadmill is characterized by an innovative design and top-level performance. Suitable for high intensity training, for the most demanding users.

Equipped with a powerful 4 HP AC continuous alternating current motor with a maximum boost of 7 HP AC. It allows you to reach a maximum speed of 20 km/h , starting from a minimum of 1.5 km/h with increments in steps of 0.1 km/h.

Equipped with electronic inclination , the inclination of the platform can be adjusted via the appropriate buttons on 12 different levels, 4 preset inclinations.

The running surface has a surface area of 52 x 145 cm and the running belt is non-slip on double-weave cotton canvas, 1.6 mm thick.

It has a shock-absorbing system of 6 elastomers which manage to absorb a good percentage of impact on the platform.

The diameter of the rollers of the Jk Fitness 186 is 56 mm for the front roller and 50 mm for the rear one.

It features a latest generation console with Dot Matrix window + 5 red windows . From the console you can view time, distance, speed, calories, inclination, pedometer and pulse, detected thanks to the manual hand pulse sensors or via the Jk Fitness heart rate monitor, included in the price.

Also equipped with MP3 + USB with speakers and 2 bottle holders with smartphone/tablet support.

The Jk 186 has many programs available: 8 presets with automatic speed and inclination variation, Lose Weight program, marathon program, warm up program, cooldown program and 3 HRC programs.

The treadmill can be folded to minimize its size and can be moved using the four wheels on the base.
