Made of 30 mm square tubular steel, powder coated, it allows a solid hold to carry out all exercises in total safety.
The advance overhang is 81 cm and the useful coupling area is 55 cm.
The fixing on our Swedish shoulder rest occurs by support which is then stabilized by fixing the advance directly to the wall, using the holes present on the anchoring plate.
